With over 50 years of professional experience, my client has built a strong regional presence being able to offer their clients a wide range of services, covering agency, valuation, lease advisory and building consultancy.
My client is looking for a professional surveyor to join their team. The main role will be within their Professional L&T and Valuation department dealing with rent reviews, lease renewals, lease re-gears and valuations of all commercial property types on a daily basis.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be a Chartered Surveyor, with at least 3 years PQE, however, lots of scope for a more senior role with general practice experience, preferably in Landlord and Tenant instructions and commercial valuations.
You will cover all commercial property types, from retail, offices and industrial.
